Tobacco Express, Inc. was established in 1991 with the goal in mind of providing a one stop shop for the widest varieties of tobacco products including premium, generic, and sub-generic cigarettes, cigars for serious and casual smokers, and a whole host of smoking accessories, lottery, and novelties. We are conveniently located in three locations in Delaware for easy access for the Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey tri-state area.
